Room crowded by moving on-ground obstacles with possible local minima: (a) the mobile manipulator is running through people-free area in where the people are moving randomly, (b) the mobile manipulator is avoiding the people under the APBP and stopped by a local minimum in front of its heading direction, (c)– (e) the mobile manipulator has been successfully avoided collision against the randomly moving people by processing the AFRORE multiple times, and (f) the mobile manipulator has been reached at the goal.
